Was ist ein Dukani?
Ein Dukani ist eine Art Beisl, typisch für georgische Städte. Es befindet sich immer im Erdgeschoß oder Halbkeller und hängt voller Bilder. Die spezielle Musik, das gutes Essen, Wein und Schnaps lassen einen so sentimental und gemütlich werden, bis man keine Kraft mehr findet zu seinen beruflichen oder familiären Pflichten zurückzukehren. – SOHO-ottakring
From 14-16 December, there will be an alternative to Rathausplatz and the like around Yppenplatz. At the schaukastelschau, numerous artists will provide insights into their showcases.
What is a Dukani?
A dukani is a kind of pub, typical of Georgian towns. It is always located on the ground floor or in the semi-basement and is full of pictures. The special music, good food, wine and schnapps make you feel sentimental and cosy until you can’t find the strength to return to your professional or family duties. – SOHO-ottakring

Bei screenshots handelte es sich ursprünglich um eine Installation bestehend aus 100 IJ-Prints und einem 5-minütigem Video, das die Sujets der Prints beinhaltete und das Thema Überfüllung und Leere behandelte. Im popmuseum konnte ich aus technischen Gründen nur die Prints zeigen. Die vollständige Installation war bei der Diplomausstellung der Akademie der bildenden Künste 2003 im Semperdepot zu sehen.
screenshots was originally an installation consisting of 100 IJ prints and a 5-minute video that included the subjects of the prints and dealt with the theme of overcrowding and emptiness. For technical reasons, I was only able to show the prints at the popmuseum. The complete installation could be seen at the diploma exhibition of the Academy of Fine Arts 2003 at the Semperdepot.
