These seven pictures will play in the viennese TATORT episode (crime series) “Tatort Virus” which is currently being shot. We will hopefully see them sometime next year.

When Claudia Wohlgenannt invited us to play at the Red Balloon we were very glad. Please feel cordially invited everybody! We will have electrified spontaneous music again, risky and foolhardy, easygoing though. It’s a stroll. We will have Frantschesko Slowman with us this time who will provide us with well set minimal moves. And we are very much looking forward to having you all!

- Spontaneous Music
The memory of this hot summer. The bar on the beach in Bova Marina. The meeting of godfathers nearby. People in front of houses, on stairs, in the streets frown on the visit. There is a desert and a central church and an ecstatic priest is funky on the Doors-organ. The red moon is sneaking over the horizon where a violent conformist is lying in wait for his victims. Concertgoers prefer Bossa Nova. The zither-player is basking in the industry bunker and stuffing himself with cakes and cookies. The allergic shock gives him a decent melancholia. The dance company fancies the scene and brushes up the dance hall. The band gets sentimental. And joyful in the end.
Die Erinnerung an diesen heißen Sommer. Die Strandbar in Bova Marina. Das Patentreffen nebenan. Menschen vor den Häusern, auf den Stiegen, auf der Straße missbilligen den Besuch. Da ist eine Wüste mit einer Mittelkirche, in der ein ekstatischer Priester die Doors-Orgel funkt. Der Rote Mond schleicht sich über den Horizont, wo ein gewalttätiger Mitläufer auf seine Opfer lauert. Konzertbesucher bevorzugen Bossa Nova. Der Zither-Spieler sonnt sich im Industrie-Bunker und schmeißt sich in die Mehlspeisen und eine kleine Herbstdepression. Die Dance-Company hat Lunte gerochen und fegt sich den Tanzboden zurecht. Die Band wird sentimental. Dann freudig.

Bilder für Film – Auf Reisen

Sixteen of my pictures were part of Julia Libisellers scenery in Michael Kreihsl’s film “Auf Reisen” (Travelling), which will be shown in austrian cinemas in 2016. Here is what the Vienna Film Comission writes:
“In his book AUF REISEN Michael Kreihsl lets diverse characters meet in an urban setting. Due to lucky and unlucky coincidences the stories overlap, what all people have in common is their captivity between desires and contradictions.”
Insgesamt 16 meiner Bilder durften in Michael Kreihsls Spielfilm “Auf Reisen” (2016 in österreichischen Kinos) Julia Libisellers Szenerie mitgestalten. Die Vienna Film Commission schreibt über den Inhalt:
“Vor urbaner Kulisse lässt Michael Kreihsl in seinem Buch AUF REISEN unterschiedlichste Figuren aufeinandertreffen. Die Geschichten überlappen, bedingt durch glückliche und unglückliche Zufälle, allen Personen gemein ist ihre Gefangenheit zwischen Wünschen und Widersprüchen.”
